Meet Jess
Your People Experience Partner

Ready to buckle in for a good old fashioned PEP Talk? Lets go!

The most important thing you need to know about me (Jess!) is that my passion for workplace culture runs deep. Weirdly deep. And yes, I know that's a fairly niche passion, but it's based on a whole lot of experience with some really great workplaces and some.... less so.

The next thing is that I am, to my core, a problem solver. Smoosh the two together and you've got (humbly) my superpower: looking at a workplace, the systems, the people, the purpose and coming up with creative ways to elevate what's there and balance priorities to achieve epic outcomes.

But my superpower didn't come from passion alone (or a spider bite). Its been honed by over 15 years in many different leadership roles across public and private industries. Think: office manager, operations manager, project manager, learning & development, health & wellbeing advisor and a bunch of other roles in between. I've led teams of 2 through to over 70 people. 

Here's what all this experience taught me: you can absolutely be a great manager and a great business person. You can balance your business needs with your people's needs without compromising on either. In fact, it's not just possible, it's essential!
